Rates / Payments

• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payments are to be received at least 48 hours prior to each session.
• Payment options are available for the Explore and Evolve packages.
• Payment methods: Interac e-Transfer / PayPal.

Rescheduling / Cancellation

• Rescheduling is accepted at any time; no refund is remitted.
• Cancellations require a 24-hour notice; a full refund will be remitted.
• For cancellations made with less than 24 hours, a $25 administration fee will be withheld from the refund. 
• Emergency cancelations are treated on a case-by-case basis.

Confidentiality

• All conversations (In person / virtual) are confidential and will be protected as such.
• Client's written consent is required to release any information outside of coaching sessions.
• Exceptions apply:
  • If required by a court judge or any law enforcement agency.
  • If it is assessed during your participation in coaching sessions that abuse or neglect of children or elders is occurring.
  • If you threaten to harm yourself or another individual.
  • If it's determined that you are a danger to yourself.
